Will this void my Tesla warranty?
No. StealthCharge X and SuperAccess PRO connects to the Charging ECU without modifying Tesla's core systems. The device operates through software emulation only and leaves no permanent traces. Your vehicle warranty remains fully intact.
How does the one-time activation work?
After connecting the device, you complete a single activation process that permanently enables the free charging or supercharger access (depends on device) functionality. No subscriptions, renewals, or additional payments required.
Will Tesla detect the device?
StealthCharge X and SuperAccess PRO employs AES-256 encryption and stealth protocols designed to remain undetectable by Tesla's remote diagnostic systems. The device only communicates with Supercharger stations during active charging sessions.
Is any account required?
StealthCharge X operates independently of Tesla account authentication, using advanced emulation to communicate directly with Supercharger stations. On the other hand SuperAccess PRO works with your existing Tesla account to enable charging access. The device authenticates through your account credentials while bypassing vehicle-specific access restrictions.
What happens if I update Tesla vehicle software?
StealthCharge X and SuperAccess PRO is engineered to remain fully functional through Tesla software updates. However, if your system is operating properly on the current version, we recommend leaving it unchanged. Our team continuously monitors Tesla’s network and provides compatibility updates as needed. If your StealthCharge X or SuperAccess PRO ever become non-functional due to a software change, we will perform a manual firmware update at no cost.
Which Tesla models are compatible?
StealthCharge X works with all Tesla models: Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y, and Cybertruck, regardless of year or configuration. SuperAccess PRO works with Model 3 and Model Y (2018 to present), Model S and Model X (2021 to present), and Cybertruck.
Which Superchargers does it work with?
StealthCharge X and SuperAccess PRO is compatible with V3 and V4 Supercharger stations globally.
